Bug Report OBS crashing after stopping preview

I setup my OBS on two desktop PCs using the Warchamp7's quick start guide and OBS's recommended settings in the software (clicking OPTIMIZE button). On desktop #1 everything works great! but this desktop #2 I keep having issues. Everytime I click "Preview Stream" I get a preview of the source screen but if i click "Stop Preview" OBS hangs then eventually crashes everytime. Below is the log dump file i get from it, any help to troubleshoot this is appreciated, thank you in advance.

I might be crazy but it seems it's getting stuck on monitor capture. Might want to try a different capture method if you're able and remove that one.
