Question / Help OBS Crashing After Re-install to new Hard Drive

I recently uninstalled OBS from my SSD and re-installed the 64 bit version to my HDD where I put most of my storage applications. In doing this, OBS now crashes about 10-20 seconds after I open it. Crash file below. Log File

I think my Elgato HD 60 was somehow messing it up, so I removed it from every scene it was in.
