Bug Report OBS crashing after just stopped streaming Breakers

I was streaming Breakers @ 480p (in twitch), and stopped it when this hapenned

The crash occurred in directip.dll. I tried figuring out just what Direct IP is but I have not really been able to make any determination. Do you yourself know what it is? It is not a default part of Windows and most decidedly is not a part of OBS.

The severe lack of Google results combined with you not recognizing directip makes me think this is some kind of virus / malware.
