Hello, i did google already but at this point im just hoping any of you guys maybe finds something i havent found yet in the logfiles. I bascially didnt stream since September 2019 where everything worked flawlessy. But now the issue explained in the title just happens every siongle fucking time.

I tried:

Older OBS version(the ones from 2019 when it worked)
Turning on/off dynamic bitrate
Lowering bitrate alot
Updating network adapter driver shit etc.
Choosing other twitch servers.

https://obsproject.com/logs/mt4n8ksFKHqYoOgR - this is the latest log where i, to test, went to an older OBS version, turned on dynamic bitrate and lowered my bitrate.

Before i did all of that when it crashed it always said

either
18:12:43.877: [rtmp stream: 'simple_stream'] Connecting to RTMP URL rtmp://live-ber.twitch.tv/app...
18:12:43.895: [rtmp stream: 'simple_stream'] Interface: Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller (ethernet, 1000 mbps)

18:20:48.841: All scene data cleared

or something with insufficient bandwidth instead of the connection to rtmp failed. - cant upload since logs are gone since i went back to an older version, somehow. )

My question now is: my provider had MASSIVE problems with upload, download and general packet loss for the last 2 months ( its been fixed since yesterday ) if thats a provider issue itself not letting me properly connect to twitchservers or what can it be? ( i tested the twitchtool to see which servers i got the best connection too etc, and shortly after OBS crashes it wont let me connect to these either. )

So is my assumption right that my internetprovider is simply dogshit and swapping it is mostly gonna fix that?
