Bug Report OBS Crashes without starting

I tried to launch OBS for the first time in a while and got an error message saying it crashed. I uninstalled OBS and reinstalled the latest version and the same problem happened. The log was too long to include so i put it in a word doc.

Don't put it in a word doc. Just pastebin and link or attach the raw log file.
