OBS crashes when using AMD encoder

As the title says, my OBS client crashes whenever I set AMD as my hardware encoder.

I've tried main solutions that this forum has proposed such as:
- Performing a clean GPU driver installation using DDU
- Running OBS as admin
- Installing Xaymar's AMD encoder plugin

My GPU is an RX 6600 XT and CPU a Ryzen 3 3300X, Radeon drivers are up to date.
Everything works fine once I use software encoding.

Please let me know if I've missed any crucial procedures to solve this issue, thank you all in advance.

I'll also leave the crash log down bellow:

I believe this indicates that the card is misreporting its feature level, and the AMF encoder plugin is trying to use a feature the card claims to support, but actually doesn't.
This is one of the reasons Xaymar stopped working on the AMF encoder plugin and walked away some time ago. AMD do not care about AMF. When he reached out to AMD for assistance, they did not provide it and instead referred him... to himself.

Unfortunately the only advice I can offer is to swap over to the x264 software encoder, or switch to an nVidia card.

i also have this problem, after streaming for a few mins my display goes completly black, then recovers and game crashes, only way i can stream is by software but eats some performance of my cpu :c
