Bug Report OBS crashes when trying to remove capture source

I currently have 3 capture sources registered with obs namely,
1)Window Capture
2)Audio Input Capture
3)Audio Output Capture

I am able to record fine, but when i try to remove any of the three sources, obs crashes & as a result, I am unable to remove any of the sources.

I tried restarting the system, but it doesn't help.
I tried running obs with administrator privileges, but it doesn't help.
I tried uninstalling obs (& deleting the user settings) & then reinstalling, but strangely, the same capture sources are shown even after a fresh install & the same error still persists.

I am currently running 24.0.3 64 bit on a windows 7 machine. I have attached the latest crash log file.

It crashes in a dll called dbroverlayiconbackuped.dll, this is a well known crash caused by some Dell Backup and recovery application.
How to deal with/uninstall this tool, see here:
