Bug Report OBS Crashes When trying to Preview Stream

I followed the Quick Start Guide and Elgato Stepup Guide but when I go to preview the stream OBS crashes. attached is the OBSCrashDump and OBSCrashLog.

I think I found the problem since it seems to be working now. I added my stream key to the Broadcast Settings. I seem to have overlooked that item.
