Bug Report OBS crashes when streaming

I have looked for this and have not found this particular problem anywhere and it is getting quite frustrating so if someone knows a solution it would be greatly appreciated. I stream fine for like 1-3 minutes then obs ggives me a message that says "Woops! OBS has crashed" the log looks like this

I cannot find the dump file but if it is necessary i will be able to post this. I have windows 8 not sure if that makes a difference.

Your hardware may be faulty. Try running LinX / Prime95 / memtest86+ for a while to check your hardware and temperatures are OK, or remove any overclocks or similar you may have. You shouldn't be crashing inside x264 ever.
