Well I am using a RX 550 Pulse 4GB version/ 12 RAM 2133MHZ/ I3 6100 cpu.
Try running OBS on x264 or QSV (if available) and see if it is just your AMD GPU. If you have AMD options, you shouldn't really be using that anyways. As I said in my previous reply.Well I tried to run it as an Administrator and put it on high priority but nothing happened. The problem is the same. I downgraded my drivers and again nothing happened.
The crash happens due to the AMD driver interfering with the Intel iGPU driver. You probably only updated the AMD driver. Download the newest drivers for both your AMD card and for the Intel graphics driver from the AMD and Intel websites and install them. You might be surprised that you have an Intel GPU driver installed in addition to the AMD card, but your CPU comes with an integrated GPU, so Windows will install a driver for it, even if you don't have any monitor connected to it.
I don't know for sure if that matters, but I would (re)install the Intel driver first, then the AMD driver. And don't skip any reboot the uninstall and install programs ask for.
Consider your stream key, make sure it is correct.Well It says that I don't have new drivers for my Intel graphics drivers. Or when I try to install the latest drivers it says that I do not meet the system requirements. Any other suggestions?
Uninstall Intel GPU Drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller and do not reinstall them.
Tnx man, that solved my problem!
CASE CLOSED> *CREDITS ROLL*Same here. Fixed my problem! Thanks a lot!
Yep i agreeResearch brings up this thread: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/amd-hardware-encoder-crash.84036/
@SpectreKid It may be the AMD encoder is inferior to other encoders, but a crash is always to be avoided. A well-installed system must not crash anything. Especially if drivers are involved, it is very important to remove possible sources of crashes to maintain the stability of the computer.
