Everytime i start up OBS its all fine untill i press the start streaming or preview stream button.
Does anyone know what's wrong with it?

The anti-virus shouldn't have anything to do with it. That being said, I have no clue why you're crashing. You may want to try updating your drivers and make sure directx is up-to-date, and maybe even windows as well
