Question / Help obs crashes when starting stream?

I have an Asus rx 480 4gb. This happens everytime I use the H264/AVC Encoder (AMD Advanced Media Framework)

Also related to obs, everywhere else is fine, the stream is EXTREMELY slow and laggy, help?
