Question / Help OBS crashes when I turn on cam?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this because it only happens when I have another program open but....

If I have the program Amarec open (video game capture software), then when I try and add my webcam to OBS, OBS will stop responding. If I have OBS open without Amarec open then turn on webcam it works, but when I open Amarec I get the error in the screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/zTsFTCF.png

This only started to happen a couple months ago. Before that there weren't any issues. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Hmm, amarec also is a software that can use things like a webcam, so if you could pinpoint it thus far that it only happens with them both running, its probably nothing we can really fix. You will have to check your amarec settings or keep away from using it together with obs.
