Question / Help OBS crashes when I try to load an image

Hey guys,

Everytime I try to add an image to OBS, it crashes before I can even select it.

I've tried un-installing and re-installing (with user settings and without), I've downloaded the latest version etc but it keeps happening. Tried running as admin too

I've added an image before a while back and it worked but just doesn't work now.

Anyone know why this is happening?
