OBS Crashes when I tab out of a game

Hey everyone, for the past few weeks I have been encountering an issue with OBS whilst streaming and playing a game. I have been playing warzone and a lot of the time when I alt tab out of it to check twitch/discord or whatever my OBS has been crashing and ending my stream. Also, my fps in Warzone goes from 180+ to 60+ and I have to end the program in task manager to fix it.

I have uploaded my log file, so if anyone can take a look at it and see if they spot anything for which could be the reason why, I would be very grateful.

Did you find a solution to this? I'm having the same problems in CSGO after re-installing windows, as a fresh install.
Used my old settings on OBS at first, but re-installed the software and re-did all my scenes and such. I've updated/re-installed my gpu drivers. I've tried without overclocking on cpu/gpu.
