Question / Help OBS Crashes when I stream with a directx failed to initialize dialog

I am running Directx 11. OBS crashes with a kernel error. Any Suggestions?

I have the latest Intel Driver for my graphics card and It's running Directx 11. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this program with no luck.

Your system is not comptible with OBS, you need a GPU that supports DX 10.1. Your CPU is also incredibly weak and unlikely to work well for streaming.
