OBS crashes when I start to stream

Every time I try to stream today, I am met with an Enhanced encoding error, if I choose to stream without enhanced encoding, OBS then immediately crashes. I've tried as many different guides as I can and it just seems rather unhappy.

Completely remove streamelements plugin. Use the uninstaller they provide and then manually remove the files they left for no reason at all in %appdata%\obs-studio\ because this files keep interaction with OBS causing issues.
Backup your scene collection found at %appdata%\obs-studio\ either
Now uninstall OBS removing all settings. Look well on the uninstaller option for this.
Reinstall OBS and test it.
If all works well, you're done.

Always check for plugin compatibility with OBS versions before installing any.
