Bug Report OBS crashes when I start streaming

Attached is the log file. Windows has been really weird for me ever since I did a fresh install, so I don't know if this is a result of that. I feel like I should also note that I saved my obs-studio app data folder before I wiped, deleted the new one when I reinstalled, and replaced it. Could be something wrong there? Halp.

Bump: Would really appreciate some help with this :(. I've already gone ahead and wiped my obs/drivers. Didn't help.

Yeah, my processor can't handle it though. NVENC Has been working fine for months I don't understand why it's not working ever since I fresh installed windows.
 
Bump: Still not working. I have seen SO many cases of the same exact thing happening to other people. There has to be some fix to this, someone please help us out. At the very least hit us with a "We're really not sure"
 
You didnt get any fix to this problem? My problem fixed when i reinstalled windows, mine pc working again!
