Question / Help OBS crashes when I hit "Start Recording"

I have tried every tutorial on the internet and I still can't solve the problem.
I've tried a clean install of drivers, uninstalling OBS and re-installing, etc.
Any help with reading my crash log would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah I went into my device manager and clicked "show hidden devices". I then removed my Intel integrated graphics from there. Thanks for the help!
