Bug Report OBS crashes when I go into settings.

do you have link to where i could download an older version?

*EDIT* so i just downloaded OBS 19.03 and same problem

EDIT 2: 19.01 doesn't have this problem thanks

I just downloaded 18.0 a few days ago.
