Bug Report OBS crashes when I add sources

Hello !
Since I downloaded and installed OBS on my computer, when I try to add a source (text, screen capture, webcam...), OBS instantly crashs and there's nothing I can do. Even when I just runs OBS and closes it immediatly, it crashes.
I don't know what to do, I searched everywhere for a solution.
I'll be grateful for your help.

I am a noob,yet i would check event viewer(there you could see if anything else is crashing etc)......also,
try reinstalling obs
run it as adm
right click and trouble shoot it
I know under command prompt you can type something to check stuff...sigh gotta remember
It is not much help but one step at time

Lots of people say razor synapse causes issues
In my opinion,that could be an incompatibility issue

Are you using blackmagic? There are lots of information about related issues
Check drivers....gpu all...step by step mate

This may also be related to your webcam as that's the last thing in your log. If OBS actually crashes then it should create a specific crash log which the developers can take a look at. I think from memory that when OBS crashes it tells you where the logs are but if not go to Start, Run and type this: %AppData%\Roaming\obs-studio\crashes and you'll see the crash logs, upload the most recent one. Check your drivers first though and also try the 32bit version of OBS as you may only have 32 bit drivers.
