OBS Crashes When Changing Scenes

I have noticed that after streaming for awhile if I try to switch scenes my OBS crashes. I am not sure if it is a plugin issue or a computer issue. I am streaming from my Xbox to a capture card to my computer, but it is also connected to a separate monitor that I play on. I also have a webcam connected. my laptop has a i7 with integrated graphics. I have attached the past 2 crash logs from OBS. This is my first post; hopefully I did it right. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

Please update your graphics driver from Intel site.

I have a Lenovo laptop and the Intel website has a newer driver available then what I have, but that new version isn't on the Lenovo website. There's a disclaimer. Should I download the new one from Intel? Thoughts?
