Bug Report OBS Crashes when Capture Card Refreshes

Whenever I switch to a scene, typically my BRB screen, and then switch back to my main screen, my capture card will refresh the screen that I'm playing on and then appear on OBS and occasionally this will cause OBS to crash. Crash log attached.

Those aren't crash logs. Crash logs can be found here:

Press WinKey+R or go to Start > Search and type %APPDATA%\obs-studio\crashes. The contents can be copied to https://gist.github.com/ and then linked here.

Yeah, it's crashing in the elgato software.

That's what I had thought based on past posts, thanks for double checking harold, already reinstalled and just made adjustments to where it's up all the time and just move it to the background when it's not needed like on BRB stuff. Thanks again!
