Question / Help OBS Crashes When Browsing for Image File

Hi all!

I went and updated my OBS to 18.0.1 today and everything seemed to go well for the most part. However, I went to go and add an image file to a scene and about 3 or so seconds after pressing the "Browse" button, my OBS crashed. I re launched the program to try again and same thing happened. I even tried reverting back to 18.0.0 and still no difference. I'll attach the crash log if that's any help. If any one can help me with this, I would greatly appreciate it!

I apologize if this is a "noob" question, but what do you mean by "remove the dell back"?
 
Okay so I'm pretty sure I just uninstalled it. However still no difference.
