Here is the report I constantly get.
OBS has encountered an unhandled exception and has terminated. If you are able to
reproduce this crash, please submit this crash report on the forums at
http://www.obsproject.com/ - include the contents of this crash log and the
minidump .dmp file (if available) as well as your regular OBS log files and
a description of what you were doing at the time of the crash.

This crash appears to have occured in the 'c:\windows\system32\nvwgf2um.dll' module.

Try updating your drivers, and if that works please let me know, otherwise:

(Cue copy & paste: ) Nvidia/intel switchable graphics laptops have somewhat unstable drivers, and it's crashing in the display driver interface library. Unfortunately, there's very little I can do except recommend trying different capture methods. For example, if you're running the game in fullscreen mode and using game capture, try running in borderless mode and using window capture on the game instead.
