OBS crashes when adding 'Video Capture Device'

Greetings!
For context, I use OBS for the virtual camera and recording gameplay, for the virtual camera I need the video capture device to capture… My external camera.
It's been working completely fine for a long time now, but since the last 2 months, whenever I try to add the video capture device option, it instantly crashes.

I need this device to work since I occasionally stream, and I regularly use it for recording and most importantly, as a virtual camera.
The logs say it failed to configure the video, I will post it here to make it easier.

Please do give me a solution as I really need it :)

Some forums said to change the resolution since sometimes OBS doesn't support native resolutions, but the thing is, I can't even get past the properties tab, it instantly crashes, if needed, I can post a video of me trying to add a video capture device then crashing, just to visualize.

Isn't the log that I uploaded the crash log? If it isn't,, tell me how to upload the crash-type of log ;-;
