Bug Report OBS crashes using NVENC on NV 391.35

Hello,

ever since i updated to the latest NV driver 391.35 OBS crashes when i use NVENC encoding. Reverting to an older driver is not an option for me as it fixes an issue that i was being affected by.

Im using OBS Studio 21.1.0 64bit on windows, crashlog and minidump is attached
