OBS crashes, then freezes PC when auto configure is run?

Every now and then while adjusting setting in OBS I'll run the auto configure wizard. recently whenever i try running the wizard, the bandwidth test freezes at 33%, the OBS entirely freezes for longer than expected following with a prompt from windows asking to wait on the program or close it. when i close OBS my system will then hang for about 2-3 minutes or so, I'm just assuming my CPU got overloaded or something.

Next i'd try to reboot OBS and am greeted with the nice that OBS was closed improperly with the option to run in safe mode. while i had safe-mode running , i curiously tried to run the auto configure wizard again and it gave me the same program freezing result above leading to a crash.

I have since updated OBS to the latest version [32.0.4] the issue still persists, i have ran file integrity checks via the help tab, but there was no issue, I have since uninstalled and reinstalled OBS trying to run the auto configure wizard and -once again- i am met with the same OBS freeze, then crash.

I haven't been streaming since this issue first made it self known to me since yesterday so I'm unsure if it would even effect the program from functioning.

Is there an option I'm not considering?
PC Specs are
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G 3.60ghz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
RAM: 32.0 GB

I'm not sure if via these crash types if a log file has even been saved but here is my previous log from the latest auto configure wizard attempt.
