Question / Help OBS crashes randomly

Well I say randomly, but it usually crashes when I'm about 1 hour ~ 1 hour 40 minutes into a stream and gives a bug report. I've been told that the forums offers help if we post crash logs.. and I've went ahead and gotten some of them from recent crashes. I'm looking forward to finding out why this happens. I'm trying, AGAIN. It crashed within 32 minutes this time. I've changed a modem and not sure what to do anymore. Does anyone on this forum even care to help or is it just everyone posting and getting ignored?

I've only these logs in my OBS-studio folder.
I do see a crash log under OBS-studio\crashes but there are only 3 and there isn't one for the one I just had, a few minutes ago.
 
That is, and one of your overlays is the root cause of the crash.
Step 1 however is to update to current (21.1)
 
I see, so I've updated it, but I don't know which overlay is the problem. My guess is to test it with a stream to see if the same problem occurs? Long ago I did not use an overlay but this problem existed too, as well. It's also interesting that when this crash happens, I'm logged out of the game I'm playing(For example Overwatch) and my Twitch chat reconnects as though my internet died for a second.

I'm unsure if this is a common issue and if anyone else has had it.. just providing information.
