Question / Help OBS crashes randomly during streaming

I use OBS to record gameplay without any issues, but I started streaming again a few days ago and randomly OBS crashes, it can happen once in 2-3 hrs but today I crashed 3-4 times during a 1-2 hr stream (I stop because I can't keep streaming with the crashes). Any idea what could cause the issue ? I did google around a bit and did a clean GPU install, if that could have been the cause but I just wanted to ask and see if anyone had any other ideas.

I attached the crash file, I tried to add it in the post but apparently it's to long.

Ohh, so I should lower it or not have it overclocked at all ? Or can I make it stable some how ?

Another question then, when I lower it could I just run a test broadcast to see if the issue is fixed or would I need to try a real stream ?

a test broadcast or a recording using the stream encoder should be fine to test with.

I changed to 4.2 from 4.4, might not be enough but I'm going to test it, had a strange issue that I couldn't boot up my PC after I changed to OC and restarted the PC, my SSD which I have my OS on didn't load :P
