OBS crashes out of nowhere, lags out of nowhere

Here's the thing, my internet is fine, my network is fine but out of nowhere the stream would crash or any type of game I play would lag so much on stream but not on my end. I do not want to uninstall and reinstall again and go through all the work again. What is going on? Also I'm not then only one that's going through the same problem I have a friend that's some of the same issues as me but worse.

Please provide a log file. Look in Help menu, upload the file, copy the link to post it here and click that fancy Analize button so you can start troubleshooting common issues.
