Question / Help obs crashes on startup

My obs was fine until one day, it started crashing on startup. I reinstalled multiple times but it doesn't help.

use DDU in safe mode to clean amd driver and install latest version. Crash is related to amf encoder

as it turns out, updating my AMD software also does the trick!
