Question / Help OBS crashes on startup

Good morning, Afternoon and Evening all

Ive been using OBS for a few months now, it has a few little glitches but i love the program.
But, over the last few days/week on opening up OBS it crashes every time, with it maybe working on the 6th attempt.
Any ideas on what may be happening and how to resolve it? Noob language only.

Error code is as follows -
[0501/175104:ERROR:gpu_info_collector_win.cc(103)] Can't retrieve a valid WinSAT assessment.
[0501/180511:ERROR:gpu_info_collector_win.cc(103)] Can't retrieve a valid WinSAT assessment.

Specs
MOBO - ASUS X99 - Deluxe U3.1
CPU - Intel i7 - 5930k 3.50GHz 6 cores
RAM - Corsair 32GB Dominator Platinum DDR4 3200MHz
GPU - EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti OC 6GB
SSD - 250GB Sansung 850 EVO
SSD - 1TB Samsung 850 EVO
CAPTURE CARD - Elgato HD60 Pro

on reading other posts, ive found that if the Twitch Alerts program isnt running, obs opens up. So its Twitch alerts causing OBS Studio to crash.
