1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. In Windows, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows 10 "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
3. Your audio devices have a sample rate that doesn't match the OBS sample rate. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
Audience Mix (BEACN Mix Create): 96000 Hz
VOD Track (BEACN Mix Create): 96000 Hz
4. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (scene 'Desktop').
5. Stop trying to use Game Capture to capture explorer.exe
6. Stop whatever you are doing with 6klabs.com and Spotify.

If still having issues, make sure ALL of your 8 plugins are up-to-date and compatible with OBS 30.2.3. If they are not, uninstall them cleanly. If still having issues, uninstall remaining plugins. If still having issues, post new log with streaming attempt.

i went through your steps, as for it capturing explorer, i'm not sure why it's doing that. I have it on automatically capture the game, maybe that's why.

But i did find the solution, even if temporary, and removed aitum multistream. It appears that it was the root cause of the issues i was having.
