OBS crashes on start-up

Hi there,

I'm struggling hard right now to find a solution to my OBS problem. Some very few times it works flawless, but 99% of the time OBS crashes right on the start up.
The Crash Report blames w32-pthreads.dll. Crash report is attached, help me please ;-;

Thanks, now it starts again. Hopefully it stays that way :/
