For months now, OBS Studio crashes (inconsistently) when changing scenes. 90% of the time it happens when OBS isn't the active window on my monitor and I click a new scene, thus selecting the OBS window and changing scenes at the same time. But sometimes it will randomly crash when scene changing, even if I already have the OBS window highlighted. It can crash both offline and online, and never gives any warning. It doesn't freeze or pause, the window just vanishes and I get a crash error next time I try to open it.
I'm running version 20.0.1, because 0.2 and 0.3 still give me no sound for my browsersource alerts, and my alerts rely on the audio.
As mentioned, this has been going on for months, but it's been so long I can't remember when it exactly started and what version I was running of OBS. It's taken me so long to ask because I kept hoping I would find an existing thread or it would fix on its own, but it's getting so frustrating when my stream gets cut out multiple times a day, losing out on viewers and hosts, interrupting scenes, AND doesn't save any adjustments like source positions I may have moved during that session. Having to constantly reposition everything after making some minor tweaks is driving me insane.
