Bug Report OBS Crashes on record button or preview!!!

Okay so im trying to record a review of nether while playing the game. Annnnnnnndddddd its gone!!! My hopes my video its gone it didn't do so well its gone. Okay jokes aside. Every time I try to record either Nether or any other application it just crashes on me as soon as i hit the record or preview button. I tried just about everything can someone help me? It may seem like I need a new graphics card but I just bought this laptop from toshiba. A Qusmio X70-A and its still crashing on me.

Your laptop GPU drivers are crashing, try to update them or change capture methods. Contact your manufacturer for support if you continue experiencing driver crashes.
