OBS Crashes on Exit and Restores Scenes I deleted

So I have been using the latest OBS 30.0.2 on my Windows 10 Machine. All is fine and well streaming wise. However I am bugged with a problem with OBS now that whenever I go to close OBS in it's entirety, it will crash and bring back scenes that I have deleted. If I reopen OBS, the deleted scenes are back like they were never deleted and the crash cycle continues. Anyone know what might be causing this issue? Log is included.

A few problems here:
Generally, it looks like you're overloaded. What are you doing? And what are you running it on?

I noticed some of the overloaded things through OBS Analyzer just to go down the list

Max Audio Buffer I'm assuming is being caused by my El Gato Wave 3. I'm not seeing any issues or major spikes on my PC with it when running OBS and streaming games either from my PC or consoles.

68.4% Rendering Lag might be caused due to me having to run the Elgato 3K60 Pro MK.2, 4K Capture Utility alongside of OBS. I recently found out that when I run just OBS and have my settings on lets say my PS5 set to only 1080p resolution, weird flickering happens where my TV will lose signal every couple of seconds. It wasn't until I had to run the 4K Capture Utility alongside OBS for it to display properly.

Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduler & Audio Monitoring Device Failure: I just read the analyzer tips and performed the recommended steps on it. Right now I haven't done a reboot to see if the crashing would stop, but immediately after I finished and closed OBS, I didn't see previous scenes I deleted when I opened the software again, which is a good sign in the right direction. The crashing still remains, but I will check to see what the analyzer logs says afterwards.

As for what I am running it on? I am assuming you mean my computer, so I took the info from what OBS Analyzer said I was using.
