Question / Help OBS crashes my PC when I go live, but not local recording.

Not a BSoD or anything, just a hard lock.
The kind where not even the mouse can move and it does the plays-the-last-second-of-audio thing.

I'm not sure what's causing it, but I think it started when I found my old HDMI capture card(an old Aver of some kind, not sure on the exact model) and installed it again to stream FFXII-2.
However, the freezing doesn't go away even after uninstalling the physical card, the drivers, the software, and getting rid of any stragglers with regedit.

Any suggestions? :(

EDIT: Not to bring up that-which-should-not-be-named, but I only get this problem when I try to stream with OBS. I did a test to see if I froze with XSplit, and it worked for 2 and a half mins(when I shut down the program). Whereas with OBS, I'm getting the lock up within 10 seconds.

Log file for good measure:

Do you have any 3rd party firewall / security software?

Not that I'm aware of.
I recently installed AVG, but I didn't activate the firewall.
I don't even have AVG start up when I turn on my computer anymore, in an attempt to solve the issue.

EDIT: Should I uninstall AVG in an attempt to fix?

You can try uninstalling it, turning it off usually doesn't unload any kernel drivers that may be causing problems.

Re: OBS crashes my PC when I go live, but not local recordin

Well, thanks. Uninstalling worked.

I'm not exactly sure why it locked my PC up when it doesn't even start when I turn my PC on or why it didn't affect XSplit, but I'm glad to be rid of the problem.
Do you have an anti-virus solution that *doesn't* muck with OBS?
