Bug Report OBS crashes my internet [not OBS]

Hey guys,
I got a really weird problem.. Every 29:41 mintues I got internet crash while i'm using OBS. I checked with my ISP and every thing is ok there, I even replaced my Router and it is keep crashing all the time.
I would be happy if some one will help to understand what the problem is.

Does it really crash your Internet? Or is just your stream stopping? Because your log actually suggests that the connection is closed by Twitch, not by OBS.

sorry that i wasn't clear enough, my internet crash for 5 seconds or so.. that the "crashes"

ok update:
the OBS isn't the problem. i closed it and the problem continues..
