Bug Report OBS crashes my display driver when I open it

I am using both a gpu and onboard graphics for my second monitor as my gpu doesn't have 2 VGA ports, and I don't have a spare HDMI cord. Could that be the problem? Sometimes my computer completely restarts so maybe its a psu issue? I've attached the log:
