Hay guys,
So i have been streaming off my xbox one for about a month now. Finally raised enough from donations and purchased an Elgato HD & a Microphone. Figured out some of the settings and what not went live a couple of times but my stream crashes. It begins to glitch out and drop frames(or so i believe)
Here is the stream from last night i ended up leaving the video up to show you guys my issue...

While streaming i have a green bar at the right end of the screen i was told as long as thats green ill be fine.
But in big red letters it says high CPU Usage.
Here is what my Specs are
I see the forums asking for a "log file" but im not quite sure how that works. In the month that ive streamed the community has really grown...But it will never be at its full potential if i cant use this wonderful program...so if someone could please enlighten me on what im doing wrong that would be great. ive watched youtube tutorials and they are all just outdated .
