Question / Help OBS crashes immediately, "failed to load locale"

OBS crashes immediately and I get the "failed to load locale" message. I've tried deleting the application support folder, tried booting in safe mode, reinstalled, all proving unsuccessful.

Any further help greatly appreciated.

Looks related to the decklink plugin. Are you using any BlackMagic hardware?

Try running OBS as another user on the same system?
