OBS crashes help

Hi all

I know that this was already discussed here but I have no solution for my problem.
Can someone tell me why my OBS crashes after 2h of streaming? It happens all the time.
I will attach the crash log ( I dont understand anything from this log, rookie here).

not a crash log just a regular log file. obs generates one every time it loads.

HELP -> Log Files -> "Upload Current Log File" or "Upload Previous Log File" then paste the link here.

Or choose Show Log files to find the correct log that corresponds with the crash.
 
Your Laptop has two GPUs. OBS is running on the weak integrated Intel GPU. For better performance as well as game capture being available you should run OBS on the dedicated GPU. Check the Laptop Troubleshooting Guide.

So, on the Nvidia card? Right?
Is that why it crashes?

Yes, you should be using the nvidia card for OBS.

i am not sure, but that analyzer link would be a good starting point to working out this issue. there are several issues that have the potential to cause a crash.
