OBS Crashes Every Time I Open It

I've updated graphic drivers and windows. I attempted to install the Nvidia RTX Audio and Video Effects Drivers and that caused the crash after attempting to put a filter on my microphone. I uninstalled those, restarted, and I'm still getting the crashes.

You need to install the SDKs again or remove the filter before uninstalling them. This will be fixed in a future version.

How do I remove the filter when I can't open the program? Can I just delete the obs-filters.dll file and it'll remove the filters chosen?
