obs crashes every time i open it

At minimum temporarily uninstall avermedia's stream engine software.
You don't actually need to use stream engine to use avermedia capture devices with obs
 
I'm having a similar problem. My computer locks up solid (no mouse pointer and does not respond to keystrokes) requiring a power cycle. This happens after displaying a webcam for > 1 hour.

your issue is completely separate and not actually similar at all.
