Question / Help OBS crashes by add Source

1) Something special with the Windows installed (related to menus, icons, themes)?

2) How often it happens?
 
Is you crash log always the same? You said that scene switch may cause crash too. Look at the %APPDATA%\obs-studio\crashes folder for other crash logs.
 
Hardly I can help you. From your logs OBS crashes in libraries that renders UI and this is third party software.

But if you don't mind, I have a few questions:
1) Is your issue happens when you add source to specific Scene only or to any scene?
2) Were there any other windows opened(projectors, stats etc.) when you trying to add new Source?
3) Is it matter what type of Source you trying to add?
 
Hello sure you can ask ask :-) but it was a UI sry know me off from Pc! I would also give a new source For example, my PC image transferred! But if I press on + press when the stream is on who whoops has crashes! And it does not matter which scene I'll add, always after 2 hours of running time.
