Question / Help OBS crashes before startup

Hello! I have installed, deleted and reinstalled three times using several different versions of the programme, but it refuses to cooperate. A text bubble appears stating: Whoops, OBS has crashed!
I have included the most recent crash report.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Well, good to know my GPU is completely obsolete now. There are no new drivers. Well, time to start building a new computer!

Alternately, you can just remove the enc-amf.dll from the obs-studo\obs-plugins and then 32bit/64bit folders. OBS should function perfectly normal after that.
