Bug Report OBS Crashes as soon as preview or record is clicked

When I tried to use obs when I click record or preview it stopped my whole PC for a few seconds saying that my GPU has frozen. Then OBS crashes. I have the crash report on this thread. I have tried this with OC on my GPU and without same same.

Computer Specs
Directx 12
Motherboard: Msi h97 gaming 3
GPU: Msi 960 4g
CPU: Intel i5 4590 4th gen
Power: Supply: Corshair CX600M
CPU: Cooler: Corshair h80i gt
RAM: XPC ADATA 8g x1
Hard drive: Toshiba

Update, I found out it is just a problem with the previewing screen. If I disabled it it worked. I still would love to have that preview screen any ideas?

Looks like your browser plugin is corrupt.

It means you need to reinstall that plugin.

Seems more like your .NET framework install is broken.

Sorry for causing trouble but the issue is happening again :/ I used a program to check my .net framework it says that is is working. Is there another way to fix it because I dont want to keep having to re install it.

What did you change between when it was working and when it stopped?

I think I know what is happening, when my gpu is at a high clock speed ie in game it works when its idle it crashes. Thank you anyway for repying!
