Question / Help OBS crashes and good Settings

I tried to stream League of Legends, but the stream d/c's all the time, can i do something? i stream on 540p+. which are good settings to stream with this build:

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 86-bit
CPU: AMD Sempron 145 Processor
MOBO: Where can I find it?^^
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250
RAM: 4GB DDR3
Monitor: 1920x1080

Internet speed: 9,198 Down / 0,9 Up

Need good Stream Settings and help against my D/Cs while streaming

When an application crashes, it means it terminates unexpected -- disconnection is completely different meaning, using the word crash can cause confusion for the developer so if possible try to specify that you are getting disconnections. I'm moving this the questions & help forum because I don't think this is a bug but rather just regular connections issues.

Also, make sure to post a log file if possible.
